A cozy home away from home, the apartment is a couple of minutes by foot from several metro, urban rail (S-Bahn) and bus stations in the area between the iconic Savigny Platz, Ku’damm, and Kant Strasse, home to some the capital’s best restaurants, bars, cafes, cinemas, artisanal bakeries, independent shops, and shopping centers. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a bedroom, a study/guest room, large windowed bathroom and sizable kitchen with a dining area. It’s extremely quiet, with a sun-drenched balcony overlooking a lush private park.
