Lovely furnished with quality modern furniture, the sunny apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed each (180x200 and 160x200); a large desk (160x80) can be added to one of the bedrooms if you prefer a study. There is a living / dining room with a 49-inch Smart TV and a huge comfortable couch, a high quality fitted Neff kitchen and a modern bathroom with a bath screen from Kermi. The spacious and well designed apartment is rounded off by a big balcony oriented to a wide and quiet courtyard. The Area Friedrichshain and especially Boxhagener neighbourhood is the place to be: hip boutiques, nice restaurants, coffee-shops, cool bars, stylish clubs, shopping areas and supermarkets. You will find people from all over the world and also original from Berlin: students, artists, young professionals and families. The place is perfect for people that come for business to Berlin or to stay for short/medium periods in the city. The U-Bahn station Samariterstraße is almost on the corner, from there you need about 8 minutes to Alexanderplatz and about 2 minutes to the S+U Frankfurter Alle station (Ring-Bahn).
