Your view is towards Mauerpark. As the street is a one-way street it's also super calm. Public Transport: Gesundbrunnen is ca. 12min by foot (good to get to the airport super quickly with the FEX) but you can also walk to U8 or U2 in roughly 10min each. There is an Aldi 2mins away and a Rewe in 10min.
