We are renting out our beautiful, bright 3-room apartment in the Samariterkiez neighborhood of Berlin-Friedrichshain. The apartment features two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub, perfect for relaxing. A particular highlight is the south-facing garden, which can be shared. On sunny days, the sunlight streams directly through the terrace into one of the bedrooms and the open-plan kitchen and living area. The apartment is a modern new-build, reflected in its high-quality furnishings. Underfloor heating is installed in all rooms and bathrooms, ensuring a consistently comfortable and cozy temperature. One of the rooms is currently used as an office, but thanks to an existing futon mattress, it can also be used as a bedroom if needed.
