The bright flat, optimally divided for 1-2 persons, also + small child, is quietly located in the rear building of a very well-kept old building from the turn of the century. The 2 rooms and the hallway are equipped with refinished wooden flooring - bathroom and kitchen are tiled. The balcony, on which 2 people can have breakfast comfortably, is cemented. The ceilings are over 3 metres high and some of them have stucco. They have a special effect because of the modern art. The real works of art, also by well-known artists, in larger format and skylights make the rooms seem even brighter and larger. Lovers of old buildings will notice the ornate original radiators. Through the hallway you pass a shoe rack and a wardrobe with a man-sized mirror to the bright kitchen with a round table and 2 chairs, a large fridge, a washer and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave. The bright bathroom, which also has windows, has a small cosy bathtub in addition to a WC and washbasin.
