Additional basement storage units, bicycle parking spaces, and a laundry room in the basement provide further convenience for residents. The attractively designed green courtyard invites tenants to relax and spend time outdoors. The 31 to 36 m² apartments offer a well-thought-out spatial concept for 1 to 2 people. The open-plan living and sleeping area creates a pleasant atmosphere and offers versatile options for individual furnishing.
