Very quiet. Shops, playgrounds, cafés and restaurants all close by. The spacious entrance area with an office space connects to the dining area and kitchen. From there, a sliding door opens onto a large West-facing balcony with a cosy sitting area. The living room of about 42 qm is dividable by means of a folding door, one of the original features of the previous ambassador's residence. It can be used to create an extra sleeping area if required. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, two chests of drawers, and two clothes stands. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a small wardrobe, a clothes stand and a desk. For a family of 3 or 4, it can be turned into a children's room.
