It is now fully furnished and equipped, so you can arrive with a suitcase and start living the same evening. THE APARTMENT A separate bedroom with a proper 140×200 bed, a new mattress and blackout window shutters — so you actually sleep. A living room with a sofa bed, a dining table and a 43" smart TV. A fitted kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob and extractor hood, stocked with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. A modern bathroom with new fittings, and your own washing machine inside the flat. Because it is on the ground floor there are no stairs and no lift to wait for — practical with luggage, a bike or a pram. You have your own balcony and you are welcome to use the building's shared garden. There is a bike room in the house, and the windows are sound-insulated with shutters. THE LOCATION U8 Lindauer Allee is directly at the building. Alexanderplatz and Berlin-Mitte are about 20 minutes away without changing trains. Supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy and cafés are a few minutes on foot, and the Schäfersee park is nearby for a run or a Sunday walk. This is residential Reinickendorf: green, unhurried, and a great deal calmer — and cheaper — than the centre, while still being properly connected to it. GOOD TO KNOW · Rent includes heating, water, furniture etc. (Electricity & Internet extra - flexible if you want to include that too.) · Bed linen, full kitchen equipment, iron, vacuum are provided. · Suitable for up to 2 people.
