There are enough parking spaces in front of the door. The view of the garden, the peace and nature are particularly appreciated. The S-Bahn lines S1 and S7, which are within walking distance, offer excellent transport connections to the city east and west (20 min), to Potsdam and to all public transport day and night. By car, take the Avus to the Spanish Allee exit - from there it is another 2 minutes. The baker, a shop and nice restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest organic and Aldi market is at Schlachtensee (1 S-Bahn station away), where you can swim - with a beer garden, stand-up paddling and rowing boat rentals. The market at the Mexico Square is a popular spot on Saturdays.
