We are renting our freshly renovated flat with a big balcony in Kreuzberg. The flat is located on the 4th floor in a Victorian style Building from 1880, in a quiet backyard with a view into two big chestnut trees. The flat is very light and sunny as it faces south with a generous open view on Schöneberg in the distance. Quiet and elegant 50 sqm, only 100m from the entrance to the Victoria Park and a block away from the Gleisdreieck park in Kreuzberg. There are many shops, groceries, cafes and restaurants next door: beginning with a excellent Argentinian in the neighbors building, some of the best Italian restaurants of Berlin in the adjacent kreuzbergerstrasse and a brand new organic grocery store (LPG) 3 minutes walk away. The lively Bergmanstrasse and Mehringdamm for further shopping coffee and restaurants is a 15minutes walk away. The flat is also very well connected with the rest of the city. It is a 10 minutes walk to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Yorkstrasse and a few bus lines stop almost next door.
