If you are looking for an island in the middle of Schöneberg this could be the right place. The brightly lit apartment is located in the third floor. An elevator is available. The bigger room is located in the direction of a nice backyard even with a few trees and has a balcony with south orientation. The living and eating room is north oriented, so you start the day with the sun, and in the evening you end with the sun here. The whole floor of the flat is renewed with gray light noble laminate and the whole apartment is brightly lit. We meditated for several years in that flat and thus it has a very peaceful atmosphere. It is a place to enjoy life. But because of strong & fast internet you can use it also for home office work. The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, a dishwasher and electric stob and ceramic hob. It has a new silver modern French fridge freezer. The bathroom is a little bit small, but has a bath tub with shower curtain and a large mirror Albert cabinet above the sink. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance, for example in the "Goltzstrasse" or around the "Winterfeldplatz". We give you a list with recommendations if requested. On Wednesday and Saturday you have a nice public market at the "Winterfeldplatz", which is assumed to be one of the best all over Berlin. For recreation the lovely Tierpark and Rudolph-Wilde- Park are nearby. There are several supermarkets nearby. Schöneberg is a nice area to be and so is our flat.
