About

This apartment is a newly refurbished self contained single room in the heart of lovely Schöneberg. It has one room with a king size bed, a lovely modern kitchen and bright shower room. The apartment complex is on private grounds with it’s own car park which operates on a first come first serve basis with a monthly fee of 150 Euros. Clothes washing facilities, such as washing machines are shared in the basement buy you are able to dry your clothes in your apartment. Irons can be loaned with a 50 Euro deposit on request. We provide a tv for use via wifi connection, however when you register your stay you will be liable to pay a tv licence in Germany, you will be sent an invoice every few months and it must be paid, this amount is non-refundable and is not part of the monthly rent. Small pets are allowed. You are 5 mins from the closest S Bahn which will connect you to the rest of the city. Weekly cleaning of the apartment along with fresh bedding and towels are included within the price.
