Right by S-Bahn Hackescher Markt in uber-central Berlin Mitte - Quiet rear building on lively side street - Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, parks, museums, galleries, nightlife, event locations right by your doorstep - 60 square meters on the 4th floor, newly renovated and furnished, fully equipped - Tons of storage - Beautiful space Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this truly one of a kind gem! If there is only one thing to highlight about this apartment (which, there is definitely a lot more) it is its location. Located right by the subway stops S-Bahn Hackescher Markt and U-Bahn Weinmeisterstr. in a tree-lined, bustling side street off of shopping and food hotspot Rosenthaler Str. in central Berlin-Mitte, it does not get more prime. You are in the middle of it all, but tucked away in the calm and quiet rear building, which allows you your own peace and privacy. With everything you need right by your doorstep - grocery stores, restaurants, boutique local businesses to well-known staples’ flagship stores, parks, museums, galleries (you are right by Linienstr./Auguststr. which house a majority of Berlin’s art scene), nightlife, event locations. There is also a market right by Hackescher Markt held every Thursday and Saturday. Any part of the city is easily accessible through all modes of transportation. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, the 4th floor. It is about 60 square meters big - a perfect one bedroom for singles or couples looking for a place to stay in Germany’s buzzing capital. Since I also use the apartment it comes fully equipped with everything needed for your normal day-to-day. The apartment is newly renovated, the kitchen is brand-new, and furnished with unique vintage and modern pieces handpicked by me. It will make you feel at home instantly. There is tons of storage available as I will of course remove all of my personal items shown in the pictures before your stay. To avoid any confusion - the bed is in the other room (not the living room), however some photos still show it in the living room as that is where it initially once and I've chosen not to delete some of the photos I took then to fully show the apartment. However there is a comfy couch instead of the bed in the living room now. Also, I will have trusted people available on the ground during your entire stay, should there be any issues that need fixing.
