This studio is completely new furnished and decorated. Though it's not yet 100% finished it's already a really nice place. It's located in the heart of Berlin in one of the nicest areas. With everything equipped for the daily life, this apartment is well suited for those having to stay longer in Berlin but don't actually move there. It is designed, equipped and furnished with long term stays in mind. The neighborhood is in the north of the infamous district Friedrichshain with all its bars, clubs and cultural facilities. The northern part is a bit quieter than its southern counterpart. But all that is in walking distance or within a 5 minutes cab ride if you like. Friedrichshain itself is located in between other famous districts like Mitte, Kreuzberg or Prenzlauer Berg. Public transportation works pretty much 24/7...
