Our apartment is a brand new one bed-room apartment on the top floor of a just constructed Neubau building, with an open kitchen and a very large rooftop terrace. All appliances and finishings are of high quality and of most modern standards. This is a must for people who value light and outdoor space, as well as for food aficionados as the kitchen is designed for some serious cooking fun. It is located in the up-and-coming Rote Insel Kiez of Schöneberg, one of Berlin’s oldest cosmopolitan and happening neighborhoods. It’s close to Kreuzberg and just a few stops on the S-Bahn from Neukölln in the East or Mitte and all its classic must-see attractions. Moreover, the apartment is 5 mins walking distance from Schöneberg S-Bahn and also from Südkreuz train station, which is one of the main train stations in Berlin and from where one can also take many other lines of the public transport system, and thus be virtually anywhere within Berlin in a short time period. There´s a supermarket and pharmacy in the train station, both of which are open 7 days per week. The Rote Insel Kiez also has plenty of cafes, restaurants and other stores, and it’s a 5 mins bike ride to the Akazienkiez, one of Berlin’s most popular neighborhood districts with plenty of cafés, restaurants and stores.
