Bus route 181 is right outside the front door; shopping facilities (groceries, chemist) are also just a few minutes' walk away. Nevertheless, the apartment is quietly located in the rear building. The ascent to the 3rd floor is worthwhile, as there is plenty of light in the apartment. You can reach every room via the hallway: kitchen, bathroom and living room/bedroom. In the hallway there is a wardrobe, shoe rack and a cupboard with ironing board, iron, clothes horse and vacuum cleaner. In the kitchen you will find a fully equipped fitted kitchen with washer-dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, watter boiler, coffee machine, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and glasses. Opposite the kitchenette is a small dining table with two chairs, above which are two shelves for extra storage space or beautiful decorations.
