Both the general parts of the building and the flat were fully renovated two years ago and the flat was newly furnished in a modern, homey style with high end furniture (Team 7, Brühl), bathroom furnishing (e.g. NIC) and accessories (e.g., Zettel'z 5, Rondo and Arne Jacobsen lamps). The dinner table is extendable and offers the perfect anchor point for dinner with friends. A small balcony with a table and two chairs provides the opportunity to relax outside.
