Our apartment in this late 19th-century building has high ceilings with stucco and large windows. On the 4th floor of a quiet backside house, it was recently renovated and is full of light, even in winter. We took special care to showcase the work of young or cult designers we like, as you can see in the materials and colors used to transform this living space. We wanted to give it a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacked kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic or on-the-go meals: an oven, dishwasher. It comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, French iconic glasses, sharp ceramic knives, and of course, an espresso and cappuccino maker. The apartment offers a large double bed, roomy closets, a wash-dryer, a flatscreen LED-TV with cable featuring international channels, and free wifi (100Mb).About the Neighbourhood: Our lovely apartment is nestled in the highly-prized area of Bötzowviertel in Prenzlauerberg, Quarter of the former East Berlin. Old-timers and newcomers appreciate its mix of urban bustle and suburban-style calm, in a neighbourhood thriving with boutique workshops, shops and restaurants – all close to the property. It is just a short walk to two different tram lines, one taking you to Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes.
