Our lovely apartment is nestled in the highly-prized area of Prenzlauerberg, in the Winsviertel Quarter of the former East Berlin. Old-timers and newcomers appreciate its mix of urban bustle and suburban-style calm, in a neighbourhood thriving with boutique workshops, shops and restaurants – all close to the property. It is just a short walk to three different tram lines, one taking you to Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes. Our apartment in this late 19 th -century building has high ceilings and very large windows opening on a quiet green playground. Recently renovated in bright colors, it is full of light, even in winter. We took special care to showcase the work of young or cult designers we like, as you can see in the materials and colors used to transform this living space. We wanted to give it a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacked kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic or on-the-go meals: an oven, microwave, dishwasher. It has a bar-type area, bar stools, and comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, French iconic glasses, sharp ceramic knives, and of course, an fully automated espresso and cappuccino maker. The apartment offers a large double bed, roomy closets, a flatscreen LED-TV with cable featuring international channels, and free wifi (100Mb). If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment. Please Note: For rental periods of three months or more, the rental deposit will be two months’ rent instead of one.
