Move in and be happy! 😊 The apartment has been renovated with a newly fitted kitchen and a new bathroom including a bathtub. It has two spacious rooms and a balcony, where it is wonderful to relax from the daily work. It is suitable for max. two persons, for non-smokers without pets. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for families with children. EQUIPMENT The well-cut apartment is fully furnished and therefore ideal for newcomers or people with a temporary work assignment. It is equipped with a large kitchen, a modern large fitted kitchen with seating, stove, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The living room has a large feel-good couch, a TV and a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine and the bedroom with a 1.40 m bed and a wardrobe. As household items, vacuum cleaner, clothes stand as well as an iron are available for use. LOCATION The quiet apartment is located in a gorgeous, green part of Spandau next to Charlottenburg and in the immediate vicinity of a park, lake and river. Along the Havel, there are many swimming and walking opportunities. The Südpark, the Grimnitzsee and the Scharfe Lanke are within walking distance, as well as the bus stop and various shopping facilities. The S- and U-Bhf Spandau are within easy reach. By bus you can reach the S-Bahn ring (S Heerstr.) in approximately 5 minutes or Kurfürstendamm in 15 minutes. The center City West and also Berlin-Mitte can be reached by public transport in less than 30 min. The U7, as well as the U2, are reached within a few bus stops (Ruhleben U2, Theodor-Heuss Platz U2 or Rathaus Spandau U7). Bicycle parking, also covered, is located in the backyard. Parking spaces can be rented in the neighboring building. Alternatively, public parking spaces can be found. The neighborhood is very friendly.
