The building has a lift that takes you to all floors. 'Ich bin ein Berliner' said John F. Kennedy in front of the Schöneberg town hall, which is a 2-minute walk away. Every Saturday and Sunday there is a big flea market on Rathausplatz. Strolling around here and lingering in one of the many small restaurants is a piece of Berlin. The flat is located directly under the roof, so you have a beautiful view over Berlin. From the east-facing balcony, you can see across the green Wartburgplatz to the television tower on the Alex. Winterfeldtplatz, with its famous Saturday market, is also within easy walking distance. The Akazienkiez neighbourhood is on the doorstep. Winterfeldplatz, Viktoria-Luise-Platz with many nice cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, KuDamm and KaDeWe in approx. 20 minutes.
