The apartment is located in Berlin Spandau in a very popular residential area in a quiet location with many leisure and sports opportunities. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance and popular cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. The excellent transport links to the underground, S-Bahn and bus networks offer an ideal starting point to get to all corners of Berlin quickly and easily. The Seeburgerstraße bus station can be reached in a few minutes on foot and the Rathaus Spandau underground and suburban train station is in the immediate vicinity, so that you can be at central locations such as the Zoological Garden, the Olympic Stadium or the main train station in 30 minutes .
