The very spacious and modern kitchen/living room is equipped with everything is needed for relaxing, cooking and eating: large sofa, glass table, american coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, fridge with refrigerator, cutlery, pots and pans and so on. Altough located under ground, daylight comes in from 2 windows. The neighbourhood is quiet and respectful, with many green areas, especially the elegant park with the lake LIETZEN SEE. Just around the corner you can find cafés, local shops and restaurants, as well as supermarkets at walking distance (EDEKA and LIDL). The apartment is easily reachable by car via the city-highway and is well-served by public transportation. The closest station "Berlin Charlottenburg" offers both regional connections and local trains with the historic elevated central line leading to Zoologischer Garten, Hauptbahnhof, Alexander Platz, etc. In the nearby main street "Neue Kantstr." there are bus stops for the lines M. The internet connection with provider Vodafone is fast, reliable, flatrate and wireless. The registration to the authorities is possible (Anmeldung). If this will be requested, you will be asked by the authorities to pay a residential tax called GEZ for the apartment (issued with a personal specific number valid in all apartments in Germany where you will live; it is not anymore a tax related to television and radio).
