You can get to Alex by train in 15 minutes, to Hackescher Markt in 16 minutes and to Hauptbahnhof in 20 minutes.  There are free parking spaces and wide footpaths in front of the front door.  The REWE supermarket is 150 m away on the other side of the street. Bakers, post office, café, restaurant, doctors and pharmacies are also right on the doorstep. The oldest weekly market in the city can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
