About

The apartment is spacious, bright and cozy. It’s decorated with midcentury design furniture that add to the Berliner Flair of the apartment. You can register legally here as well. There are two spacious rooms: a living room with a big table a big sofa that transforms to a big bed 160 x 200 and another room that serves as bedroom with also a big bed 160 x 200. Many bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with all you need for basic cooking. there is also a washing machine with drying function in case you need it. The rent includes all costs: heating, electricity and wifi. Neukölln has become the trendiest place to live in Berlin. Here is where most artists live and it's also a big melting pot of different cultures, so you will be hearing more than 7 languages in the street. A bio supermarket is very near as well as an another supermarket. There are two subway stations near by and also many bus stops. But the neighborhood is so lively, you will be spending lots of time here: There are art galleries, shops and cafes appearing every day, it has the spirit of Berlin in the 90's where everything seemed possible. There are great places to eat and super cozy cafés. My favorite restaurant is just around the corner: Dr. To's, one of the best fusion asian restaurants in Berlin. Cafe Dots, or Heinrich & Nathanja are amazing cafes less than 2 min away. There are also great bars, from chic to hip to you name it, it's all here. This is a beautiful place to have a home away from home. We will help with anything you might need.
