The apartment is in a quiet street, but only a few steps away from all the hustle and bustle, the best coffee places, restaurants, brunch places. The flat itself has some nice design touches, but still feels very cozy. The kitchen has a comfy wooden corner and gets all the morning sunshine. Quiet bedroom towards the backyard. Great projector for watching movies :) Typical Berlin apartment with high ceilings (3,2m). The place was recently renovated and has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. I especially love the bathtub which is nestled into the back of the bathroom, it's extra deep and allows you to relax after a long day of activities. The kitchen has everything you need, pots and pans, coffee maker, oven etc. There's a small table which is perfect for breakfast, and you get the morning sunshine on that side. The bedroom is very cozy and quiet, it overlooks the backyard, and there's a table by the window where you can work from. Big walk-in closet for storing away all your belongings. The living room has a comfy Scandinavian couch (Bolia) and a dining table that can be extended. There's a BenQ projector with AppleTV and a good sound system to play music. The balcony goes out to the front of the building and comes with chairs, a small table and plants :)
