The living room / bedroom has a comfortable 1.40m wide bed, a cosy sofa and a beautiful antique desk. A modern blackout system and beamer incl. projection screen are also installed. Bedside table, bed drawers and a spacious wardrobe provide sufficient storage space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, a large fridge and freezer, washing machine, crockery and cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a cosy, bright dining area. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, towels and plenty of storage space. The hallway offers plenty of space for wardrobe, shoes and utensils; practical utensils such as cleaning and washing powder, hoover, iron, hairdryer, extension cord and first aid kit are also provided. LOCATION The flat is located in a quiet street characterised by old buildings in the middle of the Boxhagener Kiez, one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Berlin. Numerous restaurants with dishes from all over the world, trendy pubs, beer gardens, cinemas and the traditional weekly market on Boxhagener Platz are only a few minutes' walk away. Legendary Berlin cult places such as Simon-Dach-Strasse and the world-famous techno club Berghain are also within walking distance. There are many supermarkets nearby, some of which are open until 11 pm, as well as countless Spätis and numerous other shopping opportunities. Short-term parking spaces are available for a fee and there is an e-charging station directly in front of the building. 200 metres away there is a multi-storey car park with a long-term parking option. The underground station Samariterstraße (U5) is also directly in front of the building. The journey time to Alexanderplatz is eight minutes, to the city centre (Mitte) ten minutes and to the main railway station 16 minutes. In addition, several tram lines as well as the S-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee (Ringbahn), which is about a 15-minute walk away, provide convenient transport connections in all directions.
