The apartment is brand new furnished and just renovated hence in excellent condition with design bathroom (walk-in rain shower, mood light, big mirror with shelfs inside) well equipped open kitchen (washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, nesspresso coffee machine, and many other things for cooking and the household), open living and lounge area. You have a lot of storage for your personal things (wardrobe in the bedroom, a built - in wardrobe in the hallway, multiple shelfs in the kitchen. You don't need to bring any equipment extra. Even a set of towels and bed sheets are provided. If there is something missing, let me know. I will try to arrange it for you. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor, has one big bedroom (bed size 160x200) with a combined study and an open kitchen - dining - living space. LOCATION It is located in west Berlin, district Charlottenburg. The location is very quiet for sleeping jet very central and lively. Fair, Schloss Charlottenburg, Kurfürsten Damm, Savignyplatz, Stuttgarter Platz, Wilmersdorfer Straße are in walking distance. For relaxing in nature you have the gorgeous city lake, Lietzensee, right in front of the apartment. Schlosspark, Grünewald and multiple other parks and lakes (also for swimming) are very close and easy to reach. Public transportation is perfect: 3 min away from S-Bahn Messedamm, U-Bahn Kaiserdamm and various buses. Grocery shopping is easy with two organic markets right down the street. Different other grocery stores are also in walking distance. Many restaurants, traditional coffee shops and corner shops are around.
