This studio flat, freshly renovated and refurbished in September 2023, with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, is located in the famous WOGA complex designed by architect Erich Mendelssohn. The apartment building, built in 1928 in the Bauhaus style and originally planned as a hotel, is located directly on Kurfürstendamm, next to the famous Schaubühne theatre. The entrance is in a pedestrian zone that runs directly onto Kurfürstendamm. The underground station Adenauerplatz and many bus lines are in the immediate vicinity. The Charlottenburg S-Bahn station and Wilmersdorfer Strasse are also just a few minutes' walk away. The excellent location leaves nothing to be desired: there is a supermarket, a gym and a dance school in the WOGA complex. There is also a large cafe in the Schaubühne, which offers wonderful lunches every day, among other things. Many other cafés, restaurants and shops invite you to stroll along the famous boulevard. The flat is easily accessible by lift. In the entrance area (hallway) is a large alcove, wardrobe with a small mirror, a sitting chest/shoe rack, umbrella stand, key box and opposite a chest of drawers with useful compartments and yet another larger round mirror. Living and dining area in an open living concept incl. working area are separated from the sleeping area by a wall unit.
