OG eines kleines Mehrfamilienhauses, ist ca 40m2 groß und perfekt für eine Person. Vom hoch stehenden Boxspringbett (180x200) hat man einen schönen Ausblick in den Garten und die grüne Umgebung. Ein Rollo am Fenster, entsprechende Gardinen und die große Schiebetür zum Wohnbereich ermöglichen aber auch die weitgehende Verdunkelung des Schlafzimmers in dem sich auch noch ein kleiner Sekretär und ein großer Einbauspiegelschrank befinden. Kissen und Bettdecken 135x200 sowie 200x220 sowie passende Bettwäsche liegen bereit. Die Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Abzugshaube, Kühlschrank und einer Granitarbeitsplatte. In den Schränken und Schubladen sollten Sie hoffentlich alles finden, was in eine Küche gehört! Die Wanne im Badezimmer ist klein aber für ein wohltuendes Bad ausreichend, außerdem gibt es natürlich eine Dusche. Haartrockner und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Waschmaschinen befinden sich im Wäschekeller und sind für alle Hausbewohner zugänglich. Buch gehört zum A/B Bereich der Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe, der S-Bahnhof ist ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Sie S- Bahn fährt alle 10 Minuten und die Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt beträgt ca. 25 Minuten. *English* The bright and comfortably furnished apartment, consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and hallway, is located on the 1st floor of a small apartment building, is about 40m2 large and perfect for one person.. From the high standing box spring bed (180x200) you have a beautiful view into the garden and the green environment. A roller blind at the window, corresponding curtains and the large sliding door to the living area also allow the bedroom to be darkened to a large extent. There is also a small secretary and a large built-in mirror cabinet. Pillows and duvets 135x200 and 200x220 as well as matching bed linen are provided. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator and a granite worktop. In the cupboards and drawers you should hopefully find everything that belongs in a kitchen! The bathtub in the bathroom is small but sufficient for a soothing bath, and of course there is a shower. Hairdryer and towels are available. Washing machines are located in the laundry cellar and are accessible to all residents. Buch belongs to the A/B area of the Berlin public transport system, the S-Bahn station is about 15 minutes walk away. The S-Bahn runs every 10 minutes and the journey time to the city centre is about 25 minutes.
