This apartment offers the privacy of your own home but with the service of a hotel. It is new and modern and offers everything you need for temporary living, such as WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, two sleeping alcoves with a double bed and a large living area with a sofa bed and TV and a separate seating area for working and an extra dining area with space for up to 6 people. In summer, the tenants of the apartment can spend their time on their own spacious terrace. There are many extras that make your stay in this apartment even more special: free use of our gym. In the lounge and in the "grill and chill" garden, like-minded people can meet new people and explore the city together. You can safely park your car in the underground car park (for a fee) and the special roof terrace invites you to an after-work beer with a great view of the Spree. Laundry facilities are also available in the house (for a fee). A weekly cleaning of the apartments is also included in the rent, so you have more time for the beautiful things in Berlin.
