The large wardrobe offers enough space to store all your clothes. You will find a walk-in rain shower and a washing machine in the bathroom. High speed internet is available. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the famous Kurfürstendamm boulevard. You’ll find many shops, good restaurants, bars and parks in the direct neighborhood. The Preußenpark known as Thai park, is just around the corner of the apartment. As soon as it gets warmer outside the big meadow beside the BBQ area turns into a huge picnic area where you can buy authentic Thai food. The final cleaning is 40€ per hour, depending on the state at the handover.
