Living- / Bedroom: Modern loft bed for two persons (140x200), dining table for four persons, couch, 32``LCD TV with cable TV, CD/radio Neighborhood: The Landwehr canal is only five minutes to walk away and invites you to go for a recreative walk next to it. Moreover it is nice to go on a boat trip on the Spree on sunny days from there. Another option is to go to the open air cinema close to the "Erholungspark Hasenheide" on warm summer days. Also the cinema is only a seven minute walk away. Of course there is a huge variety of different cafes, restaurants and bars in the area around the flat and there are little individual shops almost everywhere. Public transport: U7-Südstern. (direction West-Berlin) U8-Schönleinstr. (direction East-Berlin) both approx. 10 minutes to walk away The bus "M41" is directly in front of the house. Eine weitere Möglichkeit an warmen Sommertagen ist das Freilichtkino nahe des Erholungsparks Hasenheide. Das Kino ist auch in nur 7min von der Wohnung entfernt. Natürlich gibt es ebenfalls in Laufdistanz alle möglichen Straßencafes, Restaurants und Bars. Es gibt überall kleine Geschäfte, die zu einem kleinen Shoppingbummel einladen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: U7-Südstern. (Richtung Westberlin) U8-Schönleinstr. (Richtung Ostberlin) beide ca. 10 Min. Fussweg entfernt. Der Bus "M41" fährt vor dem Haus ab. Diese Verbindung ist sehr gut, wenn man zum Potsdamer Platz oder Hbf (Regierungsviertel) fahren will. (15 und 22 Min.)
