From the living room/kitchen you look into the green garden and directly onto the lake. The living rooms have been renovated in 2021 with high quality oak parquet flooring. The bathroom is newly tiled and equipped with new sanitary items. In the living area a Biedermeier sofa, a new flat-screen TV with Internet TV and a HiFi system with CD and Bluetooth reception await you. The small dining table in the kitchen can be folded out. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator with icebox, toaster, 2 coffee machines (espresso and filter), kettle and hood. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2021. The shower is spacious and bright. A washing machine is available in the laundry room and a small storage area can also be used. The study/bedroom has 2 single beds 0,90 x 2,00 with new comfortable mattresses (2023). A closet offers enough space for your wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are of course available. Internet access is available. On the terrace you will find garden table and chairs and parasol. From here you can enjoy the view of the green garden and the lake right next to the property. A kayak can be shared. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. There is plenty of parking on the street.
