INDIVIDUAL APARTMENT IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PART OF KREUZBERG A FORMER SHOP is awaiting you for your stay in Berlin. You will have major living space and a giant professional kitchen. The main room is the living and sleeping room that features a Murphy bed (foldable) that is integrated in the built-ins. The soundproof windows have blinds and a privacy film like a Venetian mirror. The kitchen is professional and custom build, fully equipped with everything for intense cooking if desired. FEATURES awaiting you: - comfortable bed which sleeps 2 persons - cosy seatings - a lot of original artworks - books - fully equipped kitchen - bath with shower - Internet (wifi) - fresh linen and towels - and many more THE AREA the apartment is situated in is just great, as you will find restaurants, cafés, bars, parks, supermarkets and all kind of interesting little stores just in walking distance. There are many old buildings which are under monument protection, the famous "Landwehrkanal" (ex. Paul-Lincke-Ufer), a popular canal with its trees, restaurants, markets, etc. PUBLIC TRANSPORT is only one minute away. The subway line U8, which leads you to trendy Mitte or individual Neukölln, and a bus line are really close. BACKGROUND of the space This space used to be a little convenience store. From the street you had to step down the little stairs you see on the pictures into a wonderland of everything you urgently needed when other shops were closed. In summer 2024 we fully renovated the apartment and included a highly professional kitchen.
