HOUSE: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a typical Berlin Altbau. There is no elevator in the house. APARTMENT: The apartment is completely furnished with all necessary appliances. You’ll find a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV in the living room. The big windows let a lot of sunlight in. There’s also a dining table. In the bedroom you’ll find a cozy king size bed. There’s room to store your clothes in the wardrobe and the chest of drawers  in the bedroom. You can enter the balcony through the bedroom. The balcony is directed into the calm inner courtyard. You will find everything you need to cook in the kitchen. There’s also a dishwasher and a washing machine in here. In the bathroom you’ll find a bath tub. The hallway which connects all rooms, provides room to hang up all your coats. High speed wifi is available in the apartment. ”Anmeldung" possible. The final cleaning is 40€/hour, depending on the state of the apartment at the handover. AREA: This apartment is located in one of the most desired areas in Berlin. Many restaurants, with dishes from all over the world have settled in Friedrichshain. The gourmet restaurant PlusMinusNull offers Mediterranean cuisine, across the street fans of oriental cuisine can get their money’s worth at Fatoush and across the street you can enjoy Mexican food at Habana. Aside from the large culinary offer, you can of course also spend a varied evening in the cafés and bars.
