Loft apartment on Leibnizstrasse / Kantstrasse located in the lively center of Charlottenburg between Savignyplatz and the Wilmersdorferstrasse shopping mile. On the ground floor on the quiet courtyard side of a beautiful old building from 1904, fresh after extensive renovation in 2023/24, we have removed all the walls and doors and created a unique, large room. The 4.20 m ceilings are so high that we decided on a second level where you can still stand freely at 1.90 m. This gave all areas more space. There is a daylight bathroom with a walk-in XL shower. In the kitchen-living room you can cook with friends or relax on the sofa with the fireplace and Netflix. The apartment is bright in the morning and faces the courtyard. It is rare to find such an airy, spacious room. We particularly liked the contrast between the different heights. Even for two, the stay is very relaxed and comfortable. In order to feel comfortable, we have provided the bare essentials for storage. We are happy to provide additional storage options, etc. if needed for a longer period of time. Berlin is a great city that is constantly developing. There are construction sites on every corner, you never know if or when someone will renovate. Spontaneous work can take place, during the day. It's always quiet at night. We hope that you find here a good refuge from which to explore the city outside. Strategically it is in a great location. There is a density of restaurants right outside the door that is unparalleled even in Berlin.
