The stated additional costs include a blanket coverage of all occurring costs such as utilities, water, electricity, highspeed internet flat rate, and TV ). FURNISHING The apartment will be rented fully furnished (see pictures). Use the comfortable sofa in the middle of the room to relax or to enjoy a movie on the 55-inch Samsung TV. The windows can be darkened with roller blinds. The box-spring bed (1.40 m) offers space to rest and additional storage space with the bed box. Furthermore, the bilt-in closet and a wardrobe are available to store your personal belongings. 2 blankets and pillows as well as bed linen and towels will be provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances such as dishwasher, stove, oven-microwave-combi, fridge with separate freezer, Nespresso De`longhi coffee machine, water boiler, blender, toaster, and an integrated washer-dryer. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, kitchen towels and cooking utensils are provided as well. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub with mirror and storage drawer and a large shower with glass door and rainshower. The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. A storage is available in the basement. Just arrive with your suitcases, unpack and feel at home.
