Luxurious flat in one of the most expensive residential areas in Mitte, bordering Prenzlauerberg. It's only 5 min from vibrant Kastanienallee, and a mere 15 min walk from Hackescher Markt. Public transport is 2 min away. You have the choice of a myriad of nice restaurants, and organic supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, doctors are all in walking distance as well. The flat is large and sunny. Parquet floors, Siematic fitted kitchen with Jura coffee machine, 2 bathrooms, large open space living room with designer furniture, a huge wooden table, a leather sofa and fitted wardrobes. The flat is in a new building on the ground floor with a private garden, very quiet, yet centrally located, but far away from the road. It's in a gated community, so very safe and well maintained. The spare room is used as a dressing room / walk-in wardrobe, but has two expandable armchairs that can be used as guest beds. There is also a washing machine in a separate pantry, where you will also find an ironing board, detergents etc. The apartment has a ventilation and cooling system, which kicks in automatically but only works with all windows closed. It's always nice and cool during the summer, so I recommend to keep the windows closed at all times, unless you want to enjoy sitting on the terrace, of course. There is also a private gym (included in your rent) in the building, as well as a rooftop terrace for the residents. You will also have access to the private underground parking in the building. I will also provide towels, bed linen, a hairdryer and detergents. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. Highspeed internet is also included.
