The flat is fully furnished, and you will have everything you need for your stay. The flat is appropriate as either a two-bedroom with a large living room, or as a three bedroom flat. The sofa opens into a double bed and there are extra furnishings available including a clothes rack in the case the room serves as a bedroom. Included in the price are internet, electric (from a sustainable energy provider), gas and side costs. Included in the rent is a 1000 Mbit Cable Internet connection. Linens, towels and kitchenware are all available for use, including a stick blender, SodaStream, microwave, toaster and coffee grinder. The flat is also set up with a smart TV, stereo system, a washing machine and dishwasher. Ceiling fans are also installed in every room. The flat features a generous balcony from which you can enjoy the sunset, and a small office space off the kitchen.
