I'm renting out my fully furnished 2-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is in a classic Altbau (period building) on Bornholmer Straße, around 60 m², on the 1st floor (no elevator). What makes it special: original wooden floorboards, high ceilings, and a balcony overlooking a quiet, green courtyard with a large tree – perfect for breakfast outside or just unwinding. The apartment is fully equipped, so you can move in with just a suitcase. It includes a double bed with blackout curtains, a corner sofa, a flatscreen TV, blue velvet chairs, and a table and chairs on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. There's also a Bosch washing machine, WiFi, and plenty of storage space. The location couldn't be better: cafés, restaurants, and Mauerpark are just around the corner, REWE, ALDI, and Netto are within walking distance, and the S-Bahn connections are excellent. Rent is per month including utilities, heating, and internet. Flexible rental period (3 to 12 months). Non-smoking apartment, no pets. I look forward to hearing from you.
