The apartment is fully equipped for 2-7 people (2 adults and 5 children) with 2 bathrooms (shower bath and a bath/shower). You enter into the hallway, from which you can access the children's room furnished with white furniture (wood-colored loft bed) and a play/workroom (if desired, a 4th bed can be provided, either a 2-m bed or a child's bed; or expansion to 5 children's sleeping places by adding more, like another loft-bed for three), the premium shower toilet, the large premium bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, and the southwest-facing living/dining room with integrated high-quality premium kitchen. The bathrooms have very high-quality mirror cabinets and additional cabinets. The friendly furnished bedroom, with a double bed and antique cabinets/chests of drawers (Biedermeier)/furniture is accessed through the living room. The living room has a 2-3 seat couch, a television with Giga-TV (internet connection - Wi-Fi), and an extendable dining table set (heavy wooden table with a safety glass top and 8 chairs). Additional color-coordinated wooden furniture complements the living/dining room very stylishly, as do the pictures hung on the walls. From the living room, you step out onto the roof terrace furnished with a sitting area and a large parasol, through a triple-glazed door.
