When we are going to travel, we renting out 120 square meters of our fully equipped modern architect house (old and new building combination) with a large garden with trampoline, sandpit, tree house and swing for the children. The entire property is 570 square meters. 2 bedrooms:* - 1st bedroom/office: 1 Double bed - 2nd bedroom: children‘s room with a loft bed for 2 kids *If you need more space, we have another ad here at Wunderflats where we offer our complete house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but no matter what you choose you never have to share the house with anyone. There is also 1 bathroom with a shower and a very large open plan living-dining-kitchen area with a modern kitchen including fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, crockery, glasses, cutlery and all the necessary utensils. Throughout the house there are high ceilings and large windows for a spacious, bright living feeling. Our house is located directly next to the forest in Berlin-Mahlsdorf-Süd and the neighboring nature reserve Erpetal. Streetcar and buses are within 4 minutes walking distance and bring you quickly to the center of Berlin. The large Müggelsee and Kaulsdorfer See lakes are not far away. Supermarkets, playgrounds and a handful of restaurants/cafés are within walking distance, plus there is a large shopping center nearby.
