The spacious penthouse apartment on the sixth floor is located on one of Berlin's most architecturally outstanding new streets. In terms of noise, such a quiet residential location is unique in central Berlin. The apartment is an architectural design project and features impressively high ceilings of 3.20 meters. The design is based on minimalist architecture with three recurring materials: German oak, in the form of long floorboards, which is also reflected in the furnishings, contrasting with white or light gray furniture combined with plenty of plants and black steel elements. Each room features designer panels made of oak and rusted steel, and the furniture is mostly custom-made. At a mango wood dining table you sit on Vitra designer chairs. The apartment is designed to be flooded with light from the west and east. From the couch, you can see the sky to the west and east. Blinds provide soundproofing and absolute darkness at night or when the sun is too strong. The apartment has two large terraces: one facing west, overlooking the green courtyard, and a narrower terrace facing east, from where the sunrise over Berlin's rooftops can be admired. Several skylights flood the apartment even more with light, including the kitchen, where a skylight can also be used for ventilation when you cook your meal. The spacious living room is featured with many plants, smart TV, swivel chair and Bluetooth speaker. You have two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A guest bathroom with a shower and a master bathroom with a bathtub and a daylight spotlight in the ceiling complete the package.
