2 important pieces of information beforehand: -> The sublet can be extended upon consultation. The apartment may even be taken over after the initial rental period. -> The photos show some newborn equipment and decor. This will, of course, be removed upon our departure, so that only the above-mentioned items remain in the apartment. -> Renovated condition, the entire apartment (except bathroom) is freshly painted. We are subletting our beautiful apartment on Planufer. It has two large rooms facing the canal, from which you can look from the fourth floor onto the embankment, the treetops, and the TV Tower. The special feature: The apartment is flooded with light throughout the day: In the morning, the sun greets you in the kitchen and is directly above the balcony facing the courtyard, which is adorned by a beautiful old tree. Throughout the day, it moves towards the living room and bedroom, where you can admire the sunset - from the second balcony! - in the evening. The sublet can be extended upon consultation. It includes all contractually agreed services, including the existing furnishings, ongoing utility costs, and internet connection. Electricity consumption is also included, as long as it remains within the scope of normal household consumption. Exceptionally high consumption costs may be billed separately after appropriate accounting.
