Your vacation home in New Venice with direct water access is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation by the water. Two beautifully furnished rooms, with an open loft that invites you to dream. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is spacious, bright, modern and comfortably furnished. Each room has several floor-to-ceiling windows, which in combination with the underfloor heating, provide a homely feeling. The bathroom with a ground-level shower inspires with a lot of comfort and brings the greatest possible relaxation. In your sleeping area you will find a double bed with 1.60 x 2m. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Fully automatic coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, barbecue in the garden. Large smart TV with TV connection and internet including pre-installed streaming apps. Use requires a valid subscription. Ground level shower, daylight through windows, opaque shutters.
