The apartment is an old building dating back to 1920 and is located near the river Spree. The entire apartment was renovated in October 2023. The rooms are bright and quiet, tastefully decorated, and has large arched windows overlooking the internal garden full of ancient trees. The neighborhood is quiet but full of restaurants. A few meters away there is a park along the Spree river where it is possible to take beautiful walks, take a canoe trip or observe the passing tourist boats (in fact, near the house there is the Gotzkowskybrücke boat stop). In recent years, cocktail bars have opened along the Spree River, perfect for enjoying Berlin's summer vibes. Just 1 km you can walk to Bellevue Castle and the Tiergarten city park.
