Looking for an reliable and super neat female tentant to rent my place longterm located in the area of Rathaus Schöneberg asap. Its a sunny, fully equipped home with all you need for your stay. 1,5 rooms, lushious views and friendly neighbourhood. Out of religious reasons I can’t have the consumption of pork at my place. Public, library, cafes, restaurants, bars, plenty of parks everything is in walking distance :-) This is a drugfree place and a plant lover must. This is a colorful flat, decoratively setted, every room gives a great vibe to enjoy, relax and feel well. The usage of the balcony is at the moment not recommended, cause of maintenance reasons outside, which didn't took place yet. However I still use it in a limited way, but I have to warn you. It's at your own risk. In any case, I need documents of Schufafree, 3 copies of last income and you need to have a Haftpflichtversicherung. If I have to cancel my trip out of extremely important reasons, than I would stay in my small bedroom and we would share the flat for that time or you would have the option of leaving. With the flatsharing there would be a fair decrease of the pricing. Unfortunatly, it is not allowed for you to sublet my place, but it is allowed to have guests stayover. Please, check the regulations for that, cause it is only allowed for a specific period. As I will be gone, I will be still in reach for your questions. Additionally, my parents live in the same building in the first floor as contact persons as well. We can decline the cleaning fee, if you want to clean it yourself. I expect to receive my place the way I've left. Extra costs like wifi and electricity is included. Please, still use energy mindful. There will be a yearly bill arriving called 'Betriebskostenabrechnung', which calculates your use and decides, if there is a need to pay extra or if you receive something back.
