This bright and well-equipped apartment is located in an old residential building. It lies on the second floor facing a green and quiet backyard, newly renovated. The backyard is open in front of all the 4 windows, meaning much nice daylight (blinding curtains are provided). The apartment consists of one large room, a separate kitchen with a dining space and a bathroom with a window. The room features a new double bed, a big wardrobe, a few drawers, a large flat-screen TV and a big desk with a "make-up" corner. The kitchen was renewed in 2023, it is fully equipped: beside the washing-machine you can find kettle, toaster, coffee machine, espresso cooker and microwave. There is an oven. The modern bathroom is newly renovated and has a shower cubicle. area: The apartment is located in Wedding, the northern part of the district Mitte (which means city-centre). At 2-minutes walking distance there is a crucial crossroad between 2 main streets: See Strasse and Müller Strasse. The second one offers a huge range of international restaurants and take-aways, besides supermarkets, shopping malls and small shops. Bars and off-licences selling almost everything (Spät-Kauf) are open all night, one is just a few meters from building entrance. The nearby Volkspark Rehberge is one of the biggest and most beloved park in Berlin. The apartment is well connected with public transportion in all directions, for example leading to famous places like Friedrichstrasse and Kurfürstendamm, the 2 best shopping boulevards in Berlin. The metro station Seestraße is served by the line U6, connected with the city-east, and the metro station Leopoldplatz is served by the line U9 (and U6), connected with the city-west (Zoologischer Garten area). The trams 50 and M13 lead straight to hype districts of Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, for example the area next to Wahrschauerstrasse is a great spot to hang out at night.
