And is well connected with the public transportation system. The area is very green and you have a nice garden view from the balcony. The modern 50qm Apartment (2 rooms) was renovated in 2023 and is equipped with everything you need to feel home. The modern bed with a new mattress is important for a great sleep. The apartment provides a separate home office room and a private washing machine in the apartment. You can check-in with a separate keybox. The free car parking is a big plus for you, especially when you have to get a parking ticket, at the outside public area.
